About this survey
This survey is part of the FutureLearning AI Readiness and Practice Audit for your school. It asks about your direct experience of how AI is used, supported, and governed — in your classroom, your professional learning, and your day-to-day work. Your perspective as a teaching staff member is a distinct and essential layer of evidence that the principal survey alone cannot capture.
This survey covers eight domains. You do not need specialist knowledge of AI policy or governance to answer. Answer based on what you have directly experienced, seen, or been told at your school.
Time required: approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Your responses are anonymous
Your individual responses are not visible to your principal, leadership team, or board. Only aggregated staff results are included in the school's report. Staff results will only appear in the report once a minimum of three staff members from your school have completed the survey. If fewer than three responses are received, staff data will not be shown.
Answering honestly — including where your experience differs from official school policy — is what makes this data valuable.

By completing this survey, you consent to FutureLearning using your responses (in aggregated form only) to contribute to your school's AI Readiness and Practice Report. Your individual responses are not stored against your name or any personal identifier.
